Continuous added value is indicative of the Crespel & Deiters Group. That starts with the wheat grain. We only use European wheat that is sourced at least 75 % from German cultivation. The high quality European wheat is milled and, with the addition of fresh spring water, separated to its essential constituent parts. From these, Crespel & Deiters produces wheat-based products, which Loryma refines into highly functional products to develop industry-specific solutions for the food-producing industry. Loryma offers the food-producing industry natural wheat-based ingredients and highly wheat-based functional blends. The wheat for our food ingredients: High in nutrients and safe.

We use EU wheat to make our products. It is particularly high in nutrients as well as being characterised by a high degree of purity. The separation of wheat and the production of our wheat proteins and wheat starches are carried out in standardised and documented processes and process environments exclusively within the Crespel & Deiters Group, which meets all requirements for safe and hygienic production of the highest quality.
